REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

    • The item must be in the same condition as sold and must not be disassembled, altered, or damaged.

    • All identification marks, tags, and warranty seals must remain intact.

    • The item must be returned with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories (if applicable).

    Non-Returnable Items

        • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for return.

        • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong part for the vehicle) may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

        • Electrical components (if applicable) are not eligible for return once installed or connected.

      Return Process

          • Contact us at sales@apxautopart.co.za to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

          • Clearly write the RA number on the package before shipping.

          • Ship the item to the return address provided in the RA confirmation.

          • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or item not as described).

        Refunds

            • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

            • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

            • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error.

          Warranty

              • All used engines and gearboxes come with a limited start-up warranty (typically 30 days) unless otherwise specified.

              • Warranty covers internal mechanical failure only. Labor, towing, fluids, or installation charges are not covered

              APX Auto Parts is committed to providing quality used engines and gearboxes. However, it is your responsibility to ensure correct installation and ongoing maintenance. We strongly recommend professional installation and comprehensive inspection prior to use to prevent problems and ensure optimal performance.
